how to redeem store credit
you received store credit - now what?
first there are a few things you need to know about your store credit:
- store credit can only be redeemed by the person or account to whom it was issued, according to email address (if you use multiples, you will need to know which email address earned the store credit)
- you must be logged in to redeem your store credit, under the same email address the store credit was issued to
- you cannot be logged in to shop or shop pay or the shop app to redeem. if you are already logged in to shop, you can log out. from the checkout page, simply click checkout as guest. store credit can only be redeemed from our website, so if you're shopping from the app, just hop over!
- don't have an account with us? it's simple to create one. just find the little icon at the top of the screen (desktop or laptop) here that looks like a person's profile. or browse our main menu - scroll until you find log in or create account. or click here!
- to see how much store credit you have available, you can either log in to your account (see above) and browse to your profile (it will show up under payment methods)
- or if you are ready to spend it, it will show up in your check out screen (under payment) as long as you are logged in.
