Shipping policy

Where We Ship
Rivers + Roads ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our store in Hernando, MS. If you choose local pickup at checkout, we'll reach out as soon as your order is ready, usually by the next business day.

Where Your Order Ships From
All of our inventory is kept on hand and ships directly from our store in Hernando, MS. The only exceptions are pre-order items, which are always clearly labeled. We do not dropship.

Processing Time
Orders placed by 5pm Central Time usually ship no later than the next business day. We typically do not ship on postal holidays. On average, most customers receive their orders within 3 days of placing them.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on orders with a subtotal of $95 or more. For orders under $95, shipping is a flat $6.49.

Carriers
Depending on price and delivery time, we may ship with USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS Ground or Ground Saver, FedEx Ground or Ground Economy, or another carrier. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands, so we're unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Lost Packages
All orders ship FOB Shipping Point (Origin), which means the risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier takes possession of the package. If your order was shipped with an insured method and is lost in transit, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Before doing so, we'll need time to work with the carrier to complete a thorough search, which can take seven (7) business days or more.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us right away so we can work with the carrier to look into it. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a little early, and it arrives within a day or two. Other times, it may have been left with a neighbor by mistake. Checking with your neighbors and others in your household can help speed things along.

Theft and Damage After Delivery
If the carrier confirms your order was delivered to the shipping address you provided and you still can't find it, it was most likely stolen, and we encourage you to file a police report. Rivers + Roads is not responsible for theft or damage that occurs after the carrier receives your order, including after it has been delivered.
