• I'm local, can I pick up in store? Yes, simply select Pick Up in the checkout. Once your order is ready for in-store pick up, we will reach out to you. It is usually same day or next business day. Be sure to give us the best phone number to reach you.
• How much is shipping? For orders $95+, shipping is FREE. For all orders $94.99 or less, shipping is $8.99. We also offer a $4.99 option for lightweight items like jewelry and some tee-shirts.
• How long does it take to ship? We ship out all orders that are placed by 6pm central time the next business day. Any orders placed after that cut off, will ship 2 business days later. We do not ship on postal holidays or Sundays.
• When will I receive my package? We cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date. Once we deliver your package to the carrier, it is in their hands and we have no control for how long they may take. Most customers receive their orders in just 3 business days!
• My package says delivered, but I did not get it - what should I do? Please reach out to us asap. We will work with the carrier, who will do a GPS inquiry to determine the location where your package was scanned as delivered. If the carrier confirms it was delivered to the correct address and you still do not find it, we encourage you to file a police report. We are not responsible for theft. If it is determined that the carrier mis-delivered the package, we will work with them as they attempt to locate and re-deliver or we will provide a replacement or refund if the carrier is unable to recover the mis-delivered package. This process can sometimes take up to 7-10 business days, so we appreciate your patience.

• What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it? Can I return it? If it is FINAL SALE, it cannot be returned. If it is not final sale, all returns from online sales are free - yes, you can return it. Returns from online sales are handled by Re:Do.
• How long do I have to return an item? You have 15 days from the date the order is delivered to you (according to the carrier that delivered the package).
• I removed the tags already but now changed my mind and want to return - can I? No, unfortunately we only accept items for return if all tags are still attached, the item has not been worn, washed or used. It also must not have any pet hair, fragrances (perfumes, cigarette smoke, etc), makeup or deodorant stains or any wear and tear. Any items sent back not meeting these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer's expense or donated to a local charity.
• Will I receive a refund to my original payment method? No, we offer store credit in the form of gift cards. The gift card will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase upon receipt, inspection and processing of the return. Gift cards do not expire. If you do not find something right away, you will be able to use it a later time.
• How do I know if an item is final sale before I buy it? All of our final sale items are clearly marked as such.
• What if I bought something in store? How do I return it? Just bring it back to us within 15 days from the date of purchase and you can exchange for something we have in stock or receive a store credit. It must be a non-final sale item and meet all conditions of our return policy. If you are not local and want to return something, you can mail it to us.
