What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it? Can I return it? If it is FINAL SALE, it cannot be returned. If it is not final sale, all returns from online sales are free - yes, you can return it. Returns from online sales are handled by Re:Do.

How long do I have to return an item? You have 15 days from the date the order is delivered to you (according to the carrier that delivered the package).

I removed the tags already but now changed my mind and want to return - can I? No, unfortunately we only accept items for return if all tags are still attached, the item has not been worn, washed or used. It also must not have any pet hair, fragrances (perfumes, cigarette smoke, etc), makeup or deodorant stains or any wear and tear. Any items not sent back meeting these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer's expense or donated to a local charity.

Will I receive a refund to my original payment method? No, we offer store credit in the form of gift cards. The gift card will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase upon receipt, inspection and processing of the return. Gift cards do not expire. If you do not find something right away, you will be able to use it a later time.

How do I know if an item is final sale before I buy it? All of our final sale items are clearly marked as such.

What if I bought something in store? How do I return it? Just bring it back to us within 15 days from the date of purchase and you can exchange for something we have in stock or receive a store credit. It must be a non-final sale item and meet all conditions of our return policy. If you are not local and want to return something, you can mail it to us.
