I'm local, can I pick up in store? Yes, simply select Pick Up in the checkout. Once your order is ready for in-store pick up, we will reach out to you. It is usually same day or next business day. Be sure to give us the best phone number to reach you.

How much is shipping? For orders $95+, shipping is FREE. For all orders $94.99 or less, shipping is $9.99. We also offer a $4.99 option for lightweight items like jewelry and some tee-shirts.

How long does it take to ship? We ship out all orders that are placed by 6pm central time the next business day. Any orders placed after that cut off, will ship 2 business days later. We do not ship on postal holidays or Sundays.

When will I receive my package? We cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date. Once we deliver your package to the carrier, it is in their hands and we have no control for how long they may take. Most customers receive their orders in just 3 business days!

My package says delivered, but I did not get it - what should I do? Please reach out to us asap. We will work with the carrier, who will do a GPS inquiry to determine the location where your package was scanned as delivered. If the carrier confirms it was delivered to the correct address and you still do not find it, we encourage you to file a police report. We are not responsible for theft. If it is determined that the carrier mis-delivered the package, we will work with them as they attempt to locate and re-deliver or we will provide a replacement or refund if the carrier is unable to recover the mis-delivered package. This process can sometimes take up to 7-10 business days, so we appreciate your patience.
